Do I have to pull a camper? Depends on where you want to stay. We offer stationary camper rental where you will arrive to your campsite with a fully setup and ready to enjoy camper. Other locations we are not allowed to provide stationary rentals and you will be required to pull the camper and set it up.

What do I need to bring? Food, snacks, drinks, clothes, swimwear, and your gang! Our kids love taking their bikes and fishing poles for hours of entertainment and exercise.

Do I need to reserve a camping site? Yes, we can help you find the best available site.

What do we do if severe weather strikes? Camp in the great outdoors any length of time and you will encounter severe weather eventually. We have a severe weather plan for each of our rentals, tailored to the location that the rental is setup.

Something is not working in our camper, who do we contact? The Smores and More team is available 24/7 while our campers are rented. Our campers go through a checklist in between each rental and we pride ourselves on delivering a clean, fully functioning camper rental for you to enjoy. If you do have a hiccup in your stay, we are here for you. Call us and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue you may have with your rental.

What activities are available to us? Each camper will have a three-ring binder that lists the available activities dependent on campground. We list activity ideas, our favorite hiking trails, our favorite local eateries, close stores for emergency runs and contact information for park activities. Smores and More also provides, 3 outdoor games for each camper rental (Corn Hole, Washer Toss, yard Yatzee). Board games, DVD’s and coloring books for those days where rain may keep you indoors.

How much is the deposit and when do I get it back? The deposit for your camper rental is $200, it is required to rent a camper. The deposit will be refunded to you within 3-5 days of the final day of your stay, once the camper has been cleared of any damage.

How do we check in to our rental? For stationary rentals, we utilize self-check in. Once payment is received you will be sent an email with detailed instructions. The instructions will include a code to unlock our keyless entry systems, installed on all our camper rentals. For camper rentals you pull and setup, details will be arranged with each customer. Personalized walk through is available upon request.

How does check out work? For stationary rentals when you have all of your gear loaded back up in your automobile, just lock the door and hit the road. Please leave the camper as you found it, put dishes away, pack all trash out and leave the rest to us. We will unhook the camper utilities, dump grey water and septic. For camper rentals you pull and setup, you will be responsible for dumping septic tanks and returning camper to us.

Do you allow pets? We do not allow pets inside our campers! If evidence is found in our campers after your stay, damage deposit will not be returned.
